#1. MEMBERSHIP IS NOT A REVOLVING DOOR:   If you ever leave Video Marketing Express.com Subscribers Only Site, you can't come back. I'm not going to have anyone coming in every few months, downloading the new videos and then leaving only to repeat the process. That's not fair to me or the subscribers in good standing. If it's not good enough for you to stay, it's not good enough for you to come back. 

#2. REFUNDS:  If you cancel (you can do so at any time), we will simply stop billing your subscription fee from that point forward. There is NO REFUND for any of the past months' subscription payments. You have had access to all the videos up until the moment you quit.  This is common sense, but it needs to be spelled out explicitly to avoid any confusion.  

#3. THESE VIDEOS ARE FOR YOUR MARKETING EFFORTS ONLY: The materials we provide are designed to help you build and maintain a video marketing campaign. If used as a marketing video, (free viewing, not sold as a product unto themselves) then you can treat them as your own. However, you most certainly can not turn around and sell-or give-these videos away as your own product.   They are designed to highlight YOUR offer, they are not meant to be your actual offer.  These videos are meant to be used as online video commercials, they are not your products, they are mine.  Of course unless you are in the online video marketing niche, that probably will not be an issue. 

#4. NO INCOME CLAIMS:  In no way does this site promise that you are going to get rich using the videos we provide. We promise that the videos are high quality and will boost your online video marketing efforts. The results of those efforts depend on many factors beyond the use of our videos.

#5.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT If we ever feel (for any reason whatsoever) it's not in our mutual best interest to discontinue your subscription to the SITE, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription, revoke your limited license, and, at our option, refund the current month's subscription.
